Then this program can do it for you. Windows XP Revived is a new shell (user interface) for Windows. It was written in C# using Visual Studio 2022 on Windows 11 (formerly using Visual Studio 2005 and then 2010 on Windows XP).

Requires .NET Framework 4.0 for Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Known to support XP and 11. Vista, 7, 8.1, and 10 untested.
